Psychological Services in Florida
Payment Terms and Conditions for Psychological Services
Dr. Guellati-Salcedo's usual and customary fee is $200 per 60-minute appointment for individual psychotherapy or coaching sessions.
An initial consultation or intake session of 90 minutes will be charged $280.
Session packages are available and require full payment upfront, as follows:
- 6 individual session package at $1080 ($180/session).
- 8 individual session package at $1360 ($170/session).
- 12 individual session package at $1920 ($160/session).
For professional services, such as extended phone contact with patient or other professionals (with your permission), preparation of records or treatment summaries, and legal proceedings (i.e., depositions, testimony, preparation and transportation costs), off-hours appointments, fee arrangements will be discussed separately.
Terms of Payment
Please, note that registration and payment must be completed before our session can take place.
Current forms of payment for Telehealth services include bank-to-bank transfers (via Zelle® to sophie.guellati@gmail.com), and Venmo (@Sophie-Guellati).
No-Show and Cancellation Policy:
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24-hour notice to avoid a late cancellation fee equal to your session fee. In the event of a missed appointment or late cancellation, prepayment will be required to secure future bookings.
About Health Insurance
Dr. Guellati-Salcedo is an out-of-network provider for all insurance plans at this time, except Medicare Part B (this excludes Medicare Advantage plans from private insurers). She will provide a detailed invoice for the purpose of claim submission upon request. Please, note that coaching sessions are typically not covered by health insurance plans.

Payment Terms Conditions of Payment for Quantum Healing Services (BQH/QHHT)
We will typically meet twice:
1) a 90-100 minute interview;
2) a 3-hour hypnosis session.
Rates
Interview Session with Imagery exercise: $111
BQH Hypnosis Session (3 hours) : $333
QHHT Session (3 hours): $444
Terms of Payment
Registration and payment must be completed before our session can take place.
Online Sessions require prepayment before we begin the session and the easiest way is to use Zelle® (to sophie.guellati@gmail.com) or Venmo (@Sophie-Guellati). You may elect to make two payments, $111 at the time of registration and $333 prior to your session.
In-Person Sessions can be prepaid via Zelle®, Venmo, or you may bring a check to our session, and of course cash is always accepted.
Cancellation fees may be charged.
Please be courteous and give me as much notice as possible if you must cancel or reschedule. I often have a waiting list of clients who would be happy to take your spot! Emergencies and travel delays are often unavoidable, I am happy to work with you in these situations, of course.
